Ronnie Czyz, MPS-HRM, has extensive experience in international human resources, with a focus on implementing and managing HR functions in various regions.

During their tenure at University Research Co., LLC (URC) & Center for Human Services (CHS), Ronnie held roles such as Director of International HR and Deputy Director of International HR. They were responsible for overseeing HR functions across multiple divisions and projects worldwide, including developing compensation salary analyses and benefits documentation for new country offices.

At TechnoServe, Ronnie served as the Global HR Manager for West Africa, Southern Africa, and India. They developed compensation structures for 10 countries and ensured compliance with corporate policies and local labor laws.

With Polaris (formerly Polaris Project), Ronnie was the Human Resources Manager, overseeing all aspects of HR management, including implementing an improved health insurance program and facilitating staff planning for a growing organization.

At The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), Ronnie worked as the HR Generalist & Operations Manager, responsible for HR functions in the US office and employee training for international operations. They also developed operational systems and procedures for the start-up office in the US.

Ronnie gained experience at various other organizations, including Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bluemercury, Inc., Sofitel Capital Corporation USA, and the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center. Their roles ranged from HRM Capstone Advisor to Program Assistant and Special Programs Coordinator, involving responsibilities such as onboarding, training, and managing confidential employee data.

Ronnie Czyz obtained a Master of Professional Studies degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at The Catholic University of America from 1998 to 2002.
