Yunwen Ru's work experience includes:

Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Development and Social Intervention from New York University, completing the program between 2012 and 2014. In 2007, they received a Master of Science (MS) in Social Psychology from Soochow University. Their undergraduate education was completed at National Taiwan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from 1998 to 2002.

In terms of additional certifications, Yunwen Ru obtained a CLASS Observer Toddler certification from Teachstone in August 2019.
