Jeff Rugg

Jeff Rugg serves as the Global Account Director and Senior Advisor for Employer Branding at Universum since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jeff held various senior leadership positions at Live Nation Entertainment from August 2014 to November 2020, including Senior Director of Sales in both the Philadelphia Market and Fillmore Miami Beach, where record profits and substantial contribution margin increases were achieved. Jeff's earlier experience includes significant roles at Spectra, with a focus on sales and marketing management at the Miami Beach Convention Center, where operational strategies led to exceeding sales goals and enhancing client portfolios. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport & Recreation Management from Temple University.
