In addition, Nikki holds the position of Career Coach & Talent Consultant at Shiftive, a consulting firm that specializes in talent acquisition and HR solutions, offering expertise in full cycle recruiting. Previously, Nikki worked at Northwestern Mutual, progressing through various roles, including DEI Recruiter & Intern Director, Chief Talent Officer, Internship Development Officer, Director of Campus Recruitment, and Recruiter. Nikki's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from EGADE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management & Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
