Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor has a strong background in the banking industry. Michelle'smost recent position was as the SVP, Director of Digital Operations & Support at Univest, where they have been since January 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President, eServices Director of Corporate & Commercial Product Support, starting in December 2017. Michelle also worked at Univest as an Electronic Delivery, Cash Management Officer from July 2016.

Before joining Univest, Michelle gained significant experience at Fox Chase Bank. Michelle held multiple roles at Fox Chase Bank, including Electronic Banking & Cash Management Supervisor, Banking Officer from November 2015 to July 2016. Prior to that, they served as an Electronic Banking Supervisor from February 2015 to November 2015, and as a Deposit Services Supervisor from January 2014 to February 2015. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a Funds Transfer Administrator from April 2012 to January 2014, an Electronic Banking Specialist from July 2011 to April 2012, a Deposit Services Specialist, CIF Specialist from September 2010 to July 2011, and a Bank Teller from February 2008 to September 2010. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing various areas of the electronic banking and cash management departments, supervising staff, setting up and maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring the efficient and secure movement of funds. Michelle also gained experience in customer service and cash management processes.

Michelle Taylor began their education at Holy Family University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Michelle attended the university from 2005 to 2010. After completing their Bachelor's degree, they went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at the same institution. Michelle completed their Master's degree in 2011.
