Xavier Alarcon has extensive work experience in finance and investment banking. Xavier started their career as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2008 and later worked as a Summer Analyst at HSBC in 2010. Xavier then interned at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute as a Legislative Fall Intern in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Investment Banking Intern in the Healthcare Group at Morgan Joseph. Xavier then served as a Student Assistant at the Center for Hemispheric Policy from 2009 to 2011. In 2013, they joined Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC as an Analyst, specializing in financial advice, capital raising, and private equity investing. Xavier later became an Investment Banking Associate at Oppenheimer & Co. in 2013. In 2018, they served as the VP of Strategy and FP&A at Miami Beach Medical Group. From 2019 to 2022, Xavier Alarcon worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Clinical Care Medical Centers. Currently, they hold the same position at UniVista Insurance, starting in 2022.
Xavier Alarcon pursued their higher education from 2007 to 2011 at the University of Miami. Xavier obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Latin American Studies.
