Susan Minotti

Susan Minotti currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at UniWyo Credit Union, a position held since March 24, 2017, following an earlier role as HR Specialist. With tenure at UniWyo Credit Union beginning in May 2007, responsibilities include managing employee benefits and payroll processing. Notable accomplishments include obtaining multiple HR certifications, such as MBTI certification in June 2012, PHR certification in December 2014, and SHRM-CP in January 2015. Susan is also a graduate of Leadership Casper (May 2016) and the Mountain West Credit Union Leadership program (September 2019). Prior experience includes roles as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and a Bookkeeping Associate at The Home Depot, as well as serving as Branch Manager at Harris Bank. Educational background includes a degree in Leadership & Organizational Management from Casper College.
