Susan McGann

Susan McGann is an accomplished professional in client services, training, and organizational development with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at Unleashd Technologies Ltd., Susan leads a dedicated team in enhancing customer success and satisfaction. Previously, Susan held significant roles at ADP Canada, including Head of Implementation for Small Business and Senior Director of Enterprise Learning. Experience also includes leadership positions at Yellow Pages Homes Ltd, Target Canada, Wall2Wall Media, Trader Corporation, Bell Mobility Inc., Research In Motion, Symcor, and Bell Canada. Susan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Change from the Schulich School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yorkville University, and a BA in Administrative Information Management from Ryerson University.
