Jay Porchia

Jay Porchia, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Talent and Culture at Unleashed Brands since June 2023. Previously, Jay held the role of Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Local Favorite Restaurants from January 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of a new HRIS system and automating the onboarding process. Earlier in a career at BearCom as a Corporate Recruiter, Jay focused on achieving staffing objectives and collaborating with management to assess recruiting needs. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and an Associate of Arts from Dallas College.
