Fabio Wagner

Fabio Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions in the finance industry. Fabio has held senior leadership positions in multiple companies, including Unlimit, where they served as CFO BR, overseeing all financial activities, with a focus on treasury development and the establishment of a receivables anticipation desk. Fabio also played a key role in the development of a new company operating in BaaS in Brazil, from licensing to financial operations.

Prior to Unlimit, Fabio worked as the Managing Director at Performa Consult and served as a Board Member at FitBank 450, a fintech focused on BaaS. Fabio also held the positions of Director Financeiro/CRO at CSU Digital, Tesoureiro at Cielo, Director of Corporate Finance at Alvarez & Marsal, and Head of Finance/Controller at Atlantic Energias Renováveis S.A.

Fabio's earlier career includes executive roles at BTG Pactual, where they served as Executive Director/Global Head of Finance Operations, and HSBC, where they held various positions such as Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Planning Manager in the Retail Business division.

Throughout their career, Fabio has demonstrated strong financial expertise, strategic planning skills, and experience in corporate finance, treasury, control, and risk management.

Fabio Wagner has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School, which they obtained in 2017. Fabio also holds a specialization degree in Finance from Ibmec, completed in 2010. Fabio further pursued a post-graduate degree in Finance at FAE Business School from 2001 to 2002. Fabio'seducational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Administration from FESP PR, which they completed between 1997 and 2000.
