Peter Mlay

Peter Mlay currently serves as the Country Director for Tanzania and Kenya at Unlimit, a global fintech company. Prior to this role, Peter was the Country Director for Tanzania at DodeAfrica, where a SaaS platform was developed to assist SMEs with digital inventory, sales, and distribution management. Peter's extensive experience at Cellulant included serving as Group Head of Growth, where responsibilities encompassed leading growth initiatives across ten countries and managing various marketing functions. Additionally, Peter held the position of Country Manager at Cellulant Tanzania, overseeing operations, partnerships, and product rollouts. Earlier roles include Group Accountant at Equitanz Ltd., focusing on group accounting in the tourism sector, and Accountant at AAR Health Services. Peter Mlay holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Nairobi, an ALX Leadership Xcelerator Program certification from The African Leadership University, and a CPA from Strathmore University.
