Brian Burns

Brian Burns has over 25 years of experience in various technology and operations roles. Brian started their career as a Manager of Computer Services at West Group, the largest secondary law publisher in the U.S. In this role, they were responsible for managing computer services and overseeing annual sales exceeding 3 billion.

Moving forward, Brian worked at Omeda as a Group Director - Systems, providing IT technical and web-related consulting services to small business clients in the Chicagoland area. Brian'sresponsibilities included server and network maintenance, software selection, web hosting, web design and development, online marketing, and end-user support.

Brian then joined Kreg Therapeutics as the Director of Information Technology. Kreg Therapeutics specializes in providing specialty durable medical equipment to the healthcare community. During their time there, Brian oversaw the expansion of their IT infrastructure and implemented various technologies such as Microsoft Exchange, MS Dynamics, video surveillance, customer and employee web-based portals, and a top-rated SPAM control solution.

Following their tenure at Kreg Therapeutics, Brian joined High Sierra Sport Company as the Director of IT. Here, they managed the IT department and spearheaded various IT initiatives.

Currently, Brian is the Chief Operations Officer at AdvaCare Systems, where they have been since January 2017. Brian is also serving as the CIO. In this role, they oversee the company's operations and strategic initiatives.
