Prior to this role, Rawlins took a one-year sabbatical due to a Non-Compete Agreement following a tenure as National Sales Director at TruGreen, where responsibilities included leadership over $425 million in annual sales across multiple states. Rawlins also held various positions at ServiceMaster from 1998 to 2016, culminating in roles such as Region Manager and General Manager, with significant P&L responsibilities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead, North Dakota State University, and Minnesota State University, Mankato.
