Arissa Volk

Arissa Volk has a strong background in software quality assurance and testing. Arissa started their career in 2002 as a Team Lead at XLC Services, where they worked at the Procter and Gamble baby care product development facility until 2007. At XLC Services, they gained experience in leading a team. From 2007 to 2018, Arissa worked at Humana as a Software Tester. Arissa'sresponsibilities included user acceptance testing, test case creation and maintenance for pharmacy software, data extraction via SQL, and testing of MailRx and ePost pharmacy systems. In 2018, Arissa joined EVERSANA as a Software QA Analyst, where they continued to contribute to software testing efforts until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Software QA Analyst at Unlimited Systems.

Arissa Volk attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2017 to 2019, where they studied Computer Programming and Database Design. Prior to that, they had previously attended the same institution from 2000 to 2002, earning a degree in Electromechanical Engineering. Arissa completed their high school education at Northwest High School from 1996 to 2000, with a focus on Electromechanical Technology/Electromechanical Engineering Technology.
