Kent Thiemann

Product Data Scientist at Unlimited Systems

Kent Thiemann has been working in various roles and companies since 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as an Actuarial Intern in the Auto Pricing Department at USAA. In 2006, they became a Graduate Assistant at Miami University, a position they held until 2008. Thiemann then taught Mathematics at Jefferson County Public Schools from 2008 to 2009 before transitioning to Oak Hills High School, where they worked as a Mathematics Teacher from 2009 to 2011. Kent then joined Miami University as an Instructor in 2011, a role in which they analyzed departmental reports, developed a relationship with students, and collaborated with the campus learning center. In 2016, they became a Senior Data Analyst at Epsilon before transitioning to Unlimited Systems in 2017. At Unlimited Systems, Thiemann worked as a Database Reporting Specialist from 2017 to 2019, focusing on dashboard and report authoring, automated solutions development, and training of data analysts. From 2019 to 2022, they served as a Product Manager, where they worked with product delivery and UX teams, designed health monitoring dashboards, and implemented application health alerts. Kent currently holds the position of Product Data Scientist at Unlimited Systems, where they are responsible for analyzing feature usage metrics, building predictive models, and creating dashboards for feature usage and application monitoring.

Kent Thiemann received their education from Miami University. Kent started their educational journey in 2002 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education in 2006. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from Miami University. In 2015 to 2016, Kent Thiemann furthered their education by obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Miami University.
