Preetha Thomas J.D., SHRM-CP, PHR has over 10 years of experience in HR. Preetha is currently serving as the Vice President of People Operations at Unlimited Technology, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at CEC where they oversaw the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Before that, they served as the Senior Employee Relations Consultant at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Manager, Associate Relations at Neiman Marcus where they implemented HR strategies and solutions based on business needs. Additionally, Preetha has experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney, advising clients on employment law and union matters, representing employers in employment discrimination cases, and serving as a subject matter expert on ERISA and HIPAA.

Preetha Thomas J.D., SHRM-CP, PHR earned their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1999. Preetha then attended New York Law School from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree with a focus on Employment and Labor. Preetha also completed their high school education at ST. FRANCIS PREPARATORY SCHOOL.
