Daniel Oertli

Daniel Oertli has extensive work experience in the technology and travel industries. Daniel is currently the CEO of Unloan, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Entrepreneur In Residence at x15ventures from 2019 to 2020. From 2014 to 2018, Daniel was the CEO and Founder of Homepass. Before that, they co-founded and served as CEO of Roomz from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Daniel held various leadership roles at REA Group as the CIO from 2009 to 2012. Daniel also worked at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where they held the positions of Vice President IT & Operations, Asia Pacific from 2006 to 2008, Vice President IT, Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2006, and Director IT, Australia in 2003.

Daniel Oertli attended Cranbrook School from 1980 to 1992. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Sydney from 1993 to 1995. At the university, Daniel pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in the fields of Computer Science, Philosophy, and Psychology.
