Sam Adeloju has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. In 2010, they began their career as a Junior Designer at 4DESIGN, where they worked until 2011. Concurrently, they also served as a Casual Guest Lecturer and Tutor at UNSW Australia, sharing their industry experience and expertise with students.
In 2012, Sam joined Breville Australia as a Product Designer and Project Lead, where they contributed to various design projects until 2015. Sam then transitioned to Commonwealth Bank, starting as a Service Design Lead in CommBank Digital. In this role, they utilized service design and design thinking methodologies to create strategies, visions, and roadmaps for customer experience and innovation.
Following this, Sam became the Head of Human Centred Design at Commonwealth Bank in 2018. Leading a team of CX, Service Design, Design Thinking, and Behavioural Research practitioners, they collaborated with business units across the Commonwealth Bank Group to design strategies and roadmaps for customer and staff experience.

Sam Adeloju began their education in 2005 at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), where they pursued a Bachelor of Industrial Design (Hons) degree.
