Paul Tucker

Paul Tucker has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Paul currently holds the position of Head of Product/Technology at Unlock, a role they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Growth at Unlock from May 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Unlock, Paul worked at Reali as the Head of Business Operations from July 2019 to January 2021.

From March 2019 to May 2019, Paul was the Head of Strategy at Unison Home Ownership Investors. Paul'srole involved a mix of commercial strategy and corporate development. Before that, they served as the Director of Business Operations at Unison from June 2016 to March 2019. In this role, they led the Business Operations team and collaborated with each function to execute strategies, optimize performance, and address strategic issues.

Prior to their time at Unison, Paul worked at EY, where they held the position of Manager, Working Capital Advisory from October 2013 to May 2016. In this role, they led teams that identified cash generation opportunities and improved client performance.

Before EY, Paul worked at Accenture where they had two roles. From September 2011 to September 2013, they were a Consultant, primarily focused on rate-based financial modeling and supply chain planning for aerospace clients. Prior to that, from March 2010 to August 2011, they served as an Analyst in the Systems Integration work group, where they gained experience in process analysis, systems deployment, financial modeling, and project planning.

Other notable positions in Paul's work history include being a Fellow at Public Strategies, Inc., where they led a team to develop a media analytics suite for a financial services client, and serving as the Operations Manager at Caroline Collective, a startup focused on coworking and property management.

Paul's earliest work experience includes being a Manager at Rice Coffeehouse from August 2006 to May 2009, a Management Intern at Virgo Engineers Ltd from June 2008 to August 2008, and a Fellow in Government Relations and Campaigns at Public Strategies, Inc. from May 2008 to June 2008.

Paul Tucker obtained their High School Diploma from Tampa Preparatory School between 1998 and 2005. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at Rice University from 2005 to 2009.
