Becky Imbimbo

Becky Imbimbo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Becky is currently the VP of Client Operations & Integration at Unlock Health, where they have been since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Client Operations & Integration at the same company. Before joining Unlock Health, Becky founded and currently manages their own company called The Always Busy Mama.

In terms of healthcare industry experience, Becky worked at Eruptr as a Senior Director of Operations, where they played a crucial role in a process improvement analysis that aided in the merger/acquisition between Eruptr and Unlock Health. Becky was also involved in pitching and demoing the ROI Insights product. Additionally, Becky worked at DeliverHealth, where they were responsible for developing the adoption and consulting line of business, creating the ROI model, and acting as a trusted advisor for the Digital Health book of business.

In the marketing field, Becky held the position of Director of Marketing Automation Operations at Mercury Healthcare (formerly Healthgrades). Becky managed a team of 10 developers and a strategist and provided expertise in Salesforce CRM and SFMC. At Evariant, a Healthgrades company, they worked as a Senior Campaign Manager and later as a Campaign Manager, where they were responsible for planning and executing marketing acquisition and retention campaigns on the Salesforce platform.

Prior to their healthcare and marketing roles, Becky worked as a Marketing Manager at iMPact Business Group, where they led various marketing efforts such as inbound marketing, re-branding, website updating, and content creation. Becky was also an Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach at the University of Hartford.

In their early career, Becky gained experience in assisted living as a Corporate Marketing Coordinator at Heritage Property Management Inc. Becky supervised assisted living administrators, developed training programs, and implemented standardized processes. Becky also held roles as an Administrator and Office Manager at different assisted living facilities.

Becky began their professional journey as a Human Resources Intern at North Ottawa Community Health System.

Becky Imbimbo earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University from 2004 to 2009. Becky also obtained a Google Ad Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in March 2023.
