Sana H. is an accomplished professional in the television and entertainment industries with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a UP Mentee at Unlock Their Potential® and a Board Member for the Junior Hollywood Radio & Television Society, Sana has demonstrated a commitment to mentorship and professional development. As the Founder of CreativeWOC, Sana has successfully connected over 1,300 women of color to job opportunities within creative sectors. Previous roles include Coordinator at Diverse Representation and Casting for "Squid Game: The Challenge S2" at Netflix. With a background that includes positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment and participation in the Next Gen Executive Diversity Mentorship Program, Sana has played a pivotal role in initiatives aimed at increasing representation in the entertainment industry. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from SMU Cox School of Business and ongoing studies at UCLA Extension.
