Sophia Chang

Sophia Chang has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sophia is the Founder of Unlock Sophia'sPotential, a program that provides free mentorship to women of color in the US. Sophia also serves as the Executive Director of ImpactMENtorship. In the entertainment industry, they worked as a Screenwriter for FX Networks and released a memoir, "The Baddest Bitch in the Room," as an Author with Audible, Inc. Sophia has also held high-level positions, such as VP of Business Development at MedMen and General Manager at various record labels under Universal Music Group. Additionally, they have worked as a Manager at A Better Tomorrow and as an Event Producer for Project Runway All Stars. Sophia's skills as a Marketing Consultant were utilized by Warner Bros Records during the restructuring of their urban department. Sophia'sextensive work experience showcases their versatility and expertise in various fields.

From 1983 to 1987, Sophia Chang pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Literatures (honors) at The University of British Columbia.
