James McGann

James McGann is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff at Unmind, a workplace mental health platform, since January 2023. McGann also holds multiple angel investor roles with companies such as MARC, Umba, Choose Your Horizon, Kota, and Clerkenwell Health, which focus on innovative solutions in AI, fintech, mental health therapy, and clinical research. Previously, McGann co-founded and led Frankie Health in revolutionizing employee mental health support across 90+ countries and was a co-founder of Floe, developing bio-feedback tools for mental health content. McGann has significant experience in business development, having served as the Director of Business Development at Pulse iD. Academically, McGann holds a Master's in Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin. Additionally, McGann is a board member at SeeBeyondBorders, a charity focused on education in Cambodia.
