Marco Capozzoli

Marco Capozzoli is a Workplace Wellbeing Consultant at Unmind since October 2020, specializing in mental health tools that enhance organizational wellness strategies. Previously, Marco served as a Senior HR/HCM Advisor and Associate at ADP from July 2014 to March 2020. Additionally, Marco has experience as a Professional Athlete in the Arena Football League from February 2011 to August 2014 and with the New York Jets during June 2010 to August 2010. Marco is currently pursuing a Science of Wellbeing Certificate in Organizational Psychology & Wellbeing at Yale University (March 2025 - July 2025) and holds a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University (2012 - 2015), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from Montclair State University (2006 - 2009).
