Michelle Paschali

Michelle Paschali has a strong background in talent acquisition and talent management. Michelle is currently serving as the Head of Talent at Unmind since November 2021. Previously, they worked at wagamama as the Head of Talent Acquisition from March 2020 to November 2021, where they led the talent acquisition function and built the employer brand. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at The Restaurant Group plc from May 2019 to March 2020. Michelle also has experience in talent acquisition roles at JUST EAT, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2018 to May 2019, a Talent Acquisition Partner from July 2016 to October 2018, and a Talent Acquisition Associate from December 2014 to July 2016. Michelle'searly career includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, specializing in finance recruitment for the retail sector, and as a Candidate Manager at Hays Corporate Governance.

Michelle Paschali obtained their Bachelor's Degree in History from Brunel University London, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Southgate Secondary School from 2002 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Michelle has also obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019.
