Pete Holborow has over 17 years of professional experience, starting their career as a Deputy Manager at Rohan Designs in 2004. Pete then worked as an Enterprise Technology Specialist at Intel for a year before becoming a BA Business Enterprise Undergraduate at the University of the West of England from 2006 to 2010. Holborow then worked as a Store Manager at Berghaus Ltd from 2010 to 2013, followed by a role as a Multi-channel Customer Service Manager at Cotswold Outdoor from 2014 to 2016. Pete then transitioned into a Product Support Manager and later a Product Support Manager at Redgate Software from 2016 to 2018. Holborow also worked as a Software Support Manager at S2 Partnership for a short period in 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where they were responsible for major incident management, service and project delivery. Pete Holborow holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, which they obtained between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels, specializing in Physics, Maths, and Chemistry, at Calder High School 6th Form from 1999 to 2001. Pete also attended Calder High School for their GCSEs from 1997 to 1999. Later, they pursued a degree in Business Enterprise at the University of the West of England from 2006 to 2010, focusing on various fields such as Strategy, Finance, Operations, Enterprise, New Venture, Marketing, and Organisational Analysis. In terms of certifications, they have completed the Unmind Wellbeing Champion training program offered by Unmind and the Learning Data Science: Understanding the Basics course provided by LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained the FirstImpressions certification from The Institute of Customer Service in September 2019.
