Manuel Fuentes

Manuel Fuentes has held various roles in the technology industry since 2008. In 2011, they began working at BELLBANK as a Project Manager and Project Engineer and Division Manager. While there, they designed, developed and deployed the XALOGIC webpage based on Python, Django and HTML. In 2008, they worked as a Project Engineer at BellInvestments, where they designed and developed a VoIP PBX Bundle based on open-source software and cutting-edge VoIP hardware. That same year, they also held an Engineer Internship at ACLA OVERSEAS, where they researched, designed and deployed a system that allowed for phone calls between two or more points using internet as a carrier (VoIP). In 2015, Manuel Fuentes became an Independent Business Owner at www.mamutcss.com, a web design, app development and growth hacking agency. In 2016, they became a Facilitator for the project management related courses taught by the consulting firm Sagesse, Asesoría e implementación de Proyectos. Since 2018, Manuel Fuentes has been working at Unnax as an Open Banking Project Manager and Integration Engineer at UNNAX Payment Systems. In this role, they help clients understand their API and analyze customer business workflows in order to integrate their API services in the best and smoothest way possible. Manuel is also responsible for ongoing improvement of the integration process to ease the "going live" of their customers.

Manuel Fuentes has a diverse educational background. Manuel obtained an Engineer in Electronics degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar between 2001 and 2007, specializing in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. In 2009, they obtained a Certified LINUX Administrator certification from Instituto Superior de Estudios e Investigaciones Tecnologicas (ISEIT). In 2014, they obtained a Project Manager Professional certification from Sagesse "Asesoría e implementación de proyectos" and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Facilitator certification from Inspire. Finally, in 2017, they obtained a Corporate Finances Diplomat degree from Centro de Extensión Universidad José Antonio Páez, with a focus in Finance, General.
