Luis Alberto Venegas Fuentes

Luis Alberto Venegas Fuentes has an extensive background in operations management within the financial and pension sectors. As the Subgerente de Operaciones at UNO afp since April 2019, Luis is responsible for overseeing operational innovation and regulatory compliance in line with the Superintendencia de Pensiones. Previously, in a similar role at AFP Modelo from April 2012 to January 2019, Luis managed the Subgerencia de Innovación y Proyectos Operacionales, focusing on enhancing efficiency and quality. Prior experience includes serving as Jefe de Operaciones at AFP Capital, where responsibilities included regulatory compliance and statistical reporting. Luis holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Magister in Control de Gestión Gerencial from Universidad de Chile, complemented by a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
