Alicia Ramos Gila is an HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and consultancy. Currently serving as an HR Talent Specialist and HRBP at UNOde50 since January 2023, Alicia is responsible for recruitment, posting job offers, and conducting interviews. Previously, Alicia worked as an HR Consultant at Robert Walters, focusing on the 360º selection process for commercial, marketing, digital, and retail profiles, while also prospecting new clients. Earlier experience includes an internship at Köppen Executive, where Alicia specialized in talent acquisition across IT, banking, marketing, pharma, and HR sectors. Additionally, Alicia has held sales assistant roles at Aristocrazy and TOUS Jewelry. Alicia holds a degree in Business Administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a course in Executive Skills, both completed in 2022.

The first UNOde50 collections were made up of only 50 units of each design. A commitment to quality and exclusivity forced to evolve because of the brand’s success. Today, we still keep the 50 exclusive pieces for our limited editions. The Brand is present in over 45 countries and it has over 100 stores in top locations around the world and more than 2,500 distribution points in cities such as New York, Shanghai, London, Paris and Barcelona. Currently, UNOde50 continues making all of its pieces using traditional methods as if they were one-of-a-kind, also presenting 50-unit Limited Editions with each collection.
