Alicia Ramos Gila

Alicia Ramos Gila is an HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and consultancy. Currently serving as an HR Talent Specialist and HRBP at UNOde50 since January 2023, Alicia is responsible for recruitment, posting job offers, and conducting interviews. Previously, Alicia worked as an HR Consultant at Robert Walters, focusing on the 360º selection process for commercial, marketing, digital, and retail profiles, while also prospecting new clients.
