Bernadette Marquez

Bernadette Marquez has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Bernadette is currently working as a Product Lead for Deposits and Wealth Management at UNO Digital Bank since 2022. Prior to this, they worked for ING as the Consumer Lending Tribe Lead from February 2022 to July 2022. Bernadette also held the position of Product Owner/Customer Journey Expert (CJE) at ING from March 2020 to July 2022, where they led the delivery and launch of ING Loan in the Philippines.

Before joining ING, Bernadette worked at Citi from 2012 to 2020. Bernadette started as a Credit Emerging Leader and then took up various roles such as Collections Strategist, Management Associate, Deposits Product Manager, and Retail Bank Segments Program Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for product management, project execution, and improving customer experience.

Some notable projects they led include the execution and operations of Retail Bank's debit card migration from Visa to Mastercard, digitizing the application process for credit cards and loans, and managing the end-to-end project of Citibank Global Wallet in the Philippines.

Bernadette Marquez obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Economics from De La Salle University. Bernadette attended this university from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in November 2020.
