James Breeden

James Breeden is a seasoned trade expert with extensive experience in international trade matters. As the Managing Partner at Uno - Trade Strategy Advisors since September 2009, James leads a team that provides assistance on trade remedy proceedings and customs compliance to clients globally. Prior to this, James served as a Managing Partner at ITR LLC and held the position of Senior Manager, offering valuable analysis and advisory services on trade issues, including significant involvement in proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and the World Trade Organization. Earlier professional experiences include roles as an International Trade Specialist at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher and as an International Trade Analyst at the International Trade Administration, US Department of Commerce. James holds a Master's in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's in History with a minor in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
