Bonita Chelala

Bonita C. is an HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Senior Assistant at UNOPS since April 2024, Bonita supports the Haiti Country Office. Previous roles include a Recruiter at Korn Ferry, managing university hiring for the UKIMESA account and focusing on campus strategy, and a Recruiter at Nomura, overseeing graduate hires in the EMEA region. Bonita's experience also encompasses positions at the International Committee of the Red Cross, where guidance was provided to talent managers, and at Search for Common Ground and Fundación Promoción Social de la Cultura, managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
