Caroline Spigelski

Caroline Spigelski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in architecture and project management. Currently serving as the Country Office Representative and Infrastructure Project Manager for UNOPS in Moldova since January 2021, Caroline previously worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management as an Architect and Planner. Additional roles include Project Manager and Architect at UNOPS, Architect at SvN Architects + Planners, Project Manager at ACTED, and Associate at Diamond and Schmitt Architects. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Geography and International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto.
