Charlotte Tarp Tølle has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Charlotte started their career at ICL Sorbus A/S as a Human Resource Consultant, where they handled administrative functions, recruitment, and employee surveys. Charlotte then worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Human Resource Consultant and later as a Human Resource Manager. At Bella Center A/S, they served as a Human Resource Manager. Charlotte then joined UNDP as a Human Resource Associate, where they managed benefits and entitlements for staff in Asia/Pacific and headquarters. Following that, they worked at UNOPS in various roles, including Head of IT Project Management and Support, HR Process Lead for the Business Innovation and Improvement Programme, HR Advisor, and HR Team Lead for North America, Europe, and HQ Operations.
