Jessica S.

Jessica S. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT) and risk intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Programme Manager and OSINT Expert at UNOPS since February 2024, Jessica also holds the position of Director of Risk Intelligence at RIIG. Previous roles include OSINT Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at Nakupuna Companies, Open-Source Investigations Expert at UNITAD Iraq, and OSINT Capabilities Manager at Accenture Federal Services. Jessica began a career in intelligence as an Investigator at CACI International Inc and as a Human Intelligence Collector/Arabic Linguist in the Army National Guard. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Strategic Intelligence (in progress) from the American Public University System and a Master of Arts in Arabic Language and Linguistics. Additional academic achievements consist of Bachelor's and Associate degrees in Arabic Language and Literature, as well as Human Intelligence Collection.
