Kelsey Lefebvre is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in human rights and international law. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer at UNOPS since August 2015, Kelsey has progressed through various roles including Communications Officer and Communications Assistant. Prior experience includes working as a Project Consultant for both the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law and the Danish Institute for Human Rights, where Kelsey contributed to significant projects focused on the right to water and governance participation in Zambia. Earlier roles included Project Manager for Mothers at Risk, overseeing a project in Tanzania aimed at supporting women throughout pregnancy and child-rearing. Kelsey holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law with International Relations from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Victoria.
