Marco Sambo has over 20 years of experience in IT and technical roles, currently serving as the Application Performance Manager Coordinator at UNOPS since April 2008, where responsibilities include supervising the Application Performance Team and monitoring enterprise application performance at UNGSC. Previously, Marco held the position of Server Virtualization Officer, promoting virtual server utilization in DFS missions and leading the Lightfootprint initiative. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Consultant at Websense, providing support for Southern Europe, and various roles as a Network Technician with both Gedas Iberia and the United Nations, as well as a Help Desk Consultant at IBM Ireland.
