Melissa Capcha Eulogio is a dedicated climate change advisor with extensive experience in various roles aimed at mitigating the impacts of climate change in Latin America and the Caribbean. Currently serving as a Country Engagement Specialist for both the NDC Partnership and UNOPS since August 2022, Melissa has a strong background in establishing collaborative frameworks for climate resilience through co-founding the Centro de Innovación Climática y Sostenibilidad. Previous engagements include mentoring in the Women4Climate Program as part of the C40 initiative, winning competitive grants for innovative climate projects, and participating in prestigious fellowships focused on social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Sustainability, Society, and the Environment from Kiel University and is pursuing a Master's in Sustainable Urban Development at the University of Oxford.
