Nancy Moreno is an experienced Programme Management Officer currently leading the Project Preparation Partnership for Multi-sectoral Solutions Programme at the UN Convention to Combat Desertification. With a background in infrastructure and project management at UNOPS, Moreno specializes in the development and delivery of international infrastructure projects.
