Rafael Esposel

Rafael Esposel is a Senior Project Manager at UNOPS with over 20 years of experience in planning and implementing multi-sector projects, particularly in public health and education infrastructure. They have previously served as an expert technical consultant for the American States Organization, managing a significant project in Bahia, and have taught civil engineering and architecture courses at UNIARA and UNICEP. As the founder and managing partner of Apoara Arquitetura e Planejamento, they specialized in consulting and project development for the public sector. Rafael holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and has a background in Architecture from São Paulo University.
