Valentina Setti

Valentina Setti is a Senior Human Resources Assistant at UNOPS since September 2023, providing support for HR policy development and corporate initiatives. Previously, Valentina served as a Human Resources Officer at the European Asylum Support Office from February 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included advising on staff rights and drafting communication materials. Valentina's earlier experience includes working as an International Recruiter at Teleperformance Portugal, where recruitment activities encompassed candidate research, job profile definition, and interview coordination in multiple languages. Valentina also contributed as a Recruitment Team Assistant at EFSA and as an Administrative Assistant at Centro Internazionale Guida Sicura. Valentina holds a training certificate in Human Resources Essentials from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and multiple degrees in languages and translation from various universities, including a Master’s degree from Università degli Studi di Torino.
