Yasmine Refaat

Yasmine Refaat is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at UNOPS, providing support to programme managers and practitioners in monitoring, reporting, and evaluation functions since October 2023. Previously, Yasmine served as Head of the Programme Management Unit at the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism and as a Programme Management Officer, where responsibilities included strategic planning support for the UN Counter-Terrorism Centre. Other roles include PVE Consultant at UNESCO, Exit Practitioner at EXIT Europe, and PVE Programme Evaluator Consultant at UNDP, among others. Educationally, Yasmine holds a Master of Science in Health/Medical Psychology from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The American University in Cairo, with ongoing studies for a Master's in Sport Science at Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano.
