Nicola Michelon

Nicola Michelon has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 with the founding of auxiell srl, where they initially served as the Founder & CEO. nicola later transitioned to the role of Inspirer & Partner. In 2007, they joined UNOX SpA as the Sales & Marketing Director and eventually became the CEO in 2012. In 2016, Nicola co-founded EXEVER and in 2017, they co-founded euxilia and edXiting. nicola also served as a Partner at Leanbit from 2018 to 2023. Recently, in 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at AKUIS.TECH.

Nicola Michelon completed their education from 2000 to 2005 at the Università degli Studi di Padova, where they pursued a degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Ingegneria gestionale/Gestione industriale. In 2017, they obtained an Executive Program certification from Singularity University.
