Nick Cressey

Head Of Business Development, PRI Academy at Principles for Responsible Investment

Nick Cressey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nick is currently the Head of Business Development at the Principles for Responsible Investment's PRI Academy, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Events Director at the same company from October 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining the Principles for Responsible Investment, Nick worked as the Strategic Events Lead at The Health Foundation from August 2020 to October 2021. Nick also worked as a Freelance Writer during the same period.

From July 2015 to January 2020, Nick served as the Head of Members Events at Chatham House. Nick was responsible for overseeing and managing events for the organization.

Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Getenergy Ltd from June 2014 to April 2015.

Nick began their career as a Seminar Manager at Euromoney Institutional Investor in November 2005 and held this role until March 2009.

Nick Cressey completed their LLB, Bachelor of Law degree at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1998 to 2001. Nick then pursued an MSc, Master of Philosophy in Economics and Social Sciences at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2004 to 2005. In 2010 to 2011, Nick obtained a Certificate of Spanish Language from Academia Sevilla in Antigua, Guatemala. Nick recently completed their Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Human Rights Law at UCL from 2016 to 2021.
