Stephanie Woods

Stephanie Woods currently serves as General Counsel at Principles for Responsible Investment since November 2023. Previously, Woods held multiple roles at TotallyMoney from December 2018, including Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel. Experience also includes serving as Commercial Counsel for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Legal Advisor at ITV, and positions at Charles Russell LLP as a Trainee Solicitor. Woods began a career in legal support with the Independent Complaints Reviewer as a Senior Investigations Officer and at the Charity Commission as Senior Manager and Case Officer/Senior Liaison Officer. Early experience includes working as a Liaison Officer at Skyline Promotions Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Business Sustainability Management degree from the University of Cambridge and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UCL.
