Joshua Shaver

Joshua Shaver, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Joshua is currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting at Unqork. In their previous role at Synchronoss Technologies, they were the Corporate Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller. Joshua had significant involvement in acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts and managed a team of 15+ direct and indirect reports. Prior to that, they worked at Curtiss-Wright Corporation as a Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting specialist, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements. Joshua also has experience as the VP of Finance at QuarterSpot, where they compiled financial statements, implemented anti-fraud procedures, and designed policies and procedures for loan origination. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager of Assurance at Ernst & Young, performing audits and reviews and serving as the primary client contact for financial reporting and technical accounting matters.

Joshua Shaver, CPA, attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued further education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they earned a Master of Accountancy (Macc) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
