Alex Hajdu

Alex Hajdu has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. In 2012, they founded Mr. Fox and Friends, a successful family studio that developed kids' educational games for iOS and Android devices. In 2017, Alex became the Community Lead and founder of the Unreal Engine User Group Slovakia, where they organized regular meetups and managed an active Discord server.

In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Exponea for a few months. Alex also served as a Software Engineer and CTO at We Make Games from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they contributed to various software projects.

From 2019 to 2020, Alex worked at Chaos Czech a.s., where they focused on implementing the Corona Renderer into BIM software, ARCHICAD. Alex played a crucial role in bringing the plugin from its early alpha stage to a commercial release.

In 2020, Alex joined GeodesicGames as a Senior Software Engineer, developing integration tools for popular game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, and Lumberyard. Alex also worked at Dark Slope as a Senior C++ Unreal Engine developer, specializing in virtual production for virtual reality and augmented reality experiences.

In 2021, Alex served as a Senior Software Engineer at Happy Finish, contributing to the Microsoft Mesh Project for UE4. Additionally, they recently started working at PortalOne, Inc. as a Senior C++ Unreal Engine Developer, focusing on the world's first hybrid games platform.
