Dr Kirstie Fleetwood Meade

Dr Kirstie Fleetwood Meade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in psychology, coaching, and sales and marketing. Currently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing and Head of Sales & Marketing at Tempeh Meades, Dr Meade specializes in selling traditional, handmade tempeh throughout the UK. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors with Unrest and founding The Yogi Psychologist and Associates, Dr Meade has co-founded The Untamed Collective, offering therapy courses and workshops for women, and served as a Practitioner Psychologist & Coach at The Insight Network, focusing on psychological resilience for corporate executives. An experienced lecturer at UCL, Dr Meade has contributed to the Masters in Child and Adolescent Mental Health program and has held various roles in mental health settings, including volunteering in Uganda's only dedicated inpatient mental health hospital for children. Dr Meade’s educational background includes a Practitioner Doctorate in Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Psychology from the University of Surrey and advanced training in yoga therapy.
