Previous experience includes participation in Macy's Executive Development Program, where Sierra enhanced sales strategies for a multimillion-dollar business, and roles in public relations and administrative support at AOB PR Ltd and the University of Southern California. Academic achievements include degrees in Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business and international business studies from Universidad de Navarra and The London School of Economics.
