Andrew Ferries

Andrew Ferries has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andrew started their career at Comtec Group in 2006 as a Software Support Analyst, where they provided technical assistance to clients. Andrew then became a Client Consultant, implementing the Travelink software and advising clients on system configuration. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager, responsible for delivering multiple products to customers and managing product dependencies.

In 2013, Andrew joined UNRVLD as a Programme Manager, overseeing project delivery. Andrew later became the Head of Delivery, where they focused on bringing structure to project management teams, ensuring efficient planning and delivery, maintaining quality, defining best practices, and developing team skills. Andrew also had responsibilities for resource planning and tracking progress.

In 2020, they became the Delivery Director until 2023, leading the planning and delivery of projects and programmes. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at UNRVLD.

Andrew Ferries attended Bournemouth University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Project Management.
